6D-R600 Darnell Series Heavy Duty Forged Steel Caster Load Capacity Up to 3000 lbs. • Integrally Forged Kingpin: Solid 1" king pin is integrally forged with upper raceway using SAE-1050 quality grade steel. Used with a slotted nut to allow for proper bearing adjustment whenever necessary. Designed to be virtually indestructible! • Hot-Forged Steel Construction: Top plate, yoke base and bearing retainer are hot forged using SAE-1050 hardening quality steel. Raceways are precision machined for 3/8" hardened chrome steel load bearings and tapered thrust bearing. • Flame-Hardened Swivel Raceway: All bearing raceways are flame hardened to extend service life, reduce brinelling from shock loads, and to generally improve swivel performance. • Continuously Welded Fork Legs: Side forks are made of 3/8" thick steel plate and are continuously welded on both sides for added strength. • Locked Wheel Axle: Steel axle bolt is locked in position with indexing lance in side fork to prevent unwanted movement. 6D-R695 Darnell Series Forged Steel Body / Dolly Caster Load Capacity Up to 3000 lbs. • Special King Bolt Assembly: Utilizes a special SAE-8640 hardened steel king bolt to meet the severe and rugged demands of automotive line assembly. Used with a slotted nut to allow for proper bearing adjustment whenever necessary. • Hot Forged Steel Construction: Top plate, yoke base and bearing retainer are hot forged using SAE-1050 hardening quality steel. Raceways are precision machined for 1/2" hardened chrome steel load bearings and tapered thrust bearing. • Completely Heat-Treated: All metal parts, including wheel, axle bolt and nut, are heat-treated to a specific molecular depth and Rockwell hardness. • Embossed and Welded Fork Legs: Side forks are embossed and continuously welded on both sides for added strength. • Optional Wheel Bearings: Drop forged wheel is offered with either straight or tapered roller bearings. 6R-75 RWM Series Kingpinless Caster Load Capacity Up to 6000 lbs. Industrial casters with a Kingpinless design. Recommended for the most demanding heavy duty industrial caster applications and is available with up to 3" wheels for higher capacity applications. All swivel sections are supplied with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance. Case hardened to provide an extended service life. Made in the U.S.A. Raceway Design: Patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum. Swivel section features 3" diameter raceway with 1/2" ball bearings. The notched raceway is standard.
